Return & Refund Policy – Silver Lining Atelier
At Silver Lining Atelier, every piece is inspected carefully before dispatch. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received it, with all original packaging and tags intact.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return or refund unless confirmed otherwise by our team.

Discounted or sale items are eligible for exchange only and cannot be refunded.
Return Process
To request a return, please contact us at jad.bejjani95@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.
If your request is approved, our team will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
Please note that:

Items sent back without prior confirmation will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for all shipping and return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or there was a mistake on our part.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at jad.bejjani95@gmail.com with supporting photos so that we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
