Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is received.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Please note: Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods or special promotions, processing may take an additional business day.


Domestic Shipping (Lebanon)

We ship nationwide via Aramex.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2 – 5 business days after dispatch

  • Shipping fee: Calculated at checkout based on your location

Deliveries may take slightly longer for remote areas or during high-traffic periods.


International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express — fast, secure, and fully trackable.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3 – 5 business days after dispatch

  • Shipping fee: Calculated at checkout based on destination

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays and Exceptions

While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, Silver Lining Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs inspections, or events outside our control (such as weather or logistical disruptions).
